

Linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) is a molecular structure formed by copolymerizing ethylene with a small amount of α-olefins. It has a linear ethylene backbone with extremely short comonomer branches. Its density is between 0.915 and 0.935 gc³, classifying it as a copolymer. LLDPE is a non-toxic, tasteless, and odorless milky-white granule with low density and high softening and melting temperatures.
In addition to possessing the general properties of polyolefin resins, LLDPE resin exhibits particularly superior performance in tensile strength, tear strength, environmental stress cracking resistance, low-temperature resistance, heat resistance, and puncture resistance. Therefore, the main applications of LLDPE resin include agricultural films, packaging films, wires and cables, pipes, and coatings.
