This is entirely normal and caused by the natural monoglycosides, magnesium oxide traces, and the inherent high pH level. This turbidity has zero negative impact on surfactant performance.
  • Clarification Process: The turbidity will completely disappear once the pH is adjusted down to 7.0–9.0. For APG 1214, heat the product to 45°C–50°C and stir evenly before incorporation into your batch mixing process.
  • Customized Processing Available: Upon specialized request, APG 0810 can be customized and processed to a high solid content of 70% ± 2% with a adjusted pH of 7.0–10.0.
